Cancellation policy

A 24 hour notice of cancellation of appointment is required or a 50% of the cost of the services fee will be charged.

On prepaid specials or discounted promotions the ENTIRE FEE is forfeited by the client if less than 24 hours is given to cancel or reschedule.
